The Mind

The Mind

Individuals set their own boundaries of success by the self-image they hold. Self-image also affects our personality and controls human behavior. If the self-image we hold is one of defeat and failure, the results will be the same. We must force our mind to accept a change of our self-image if the one we hold is not one of success.

We must exercise confidence in our ability to succeed and in our ability to function as a successful person. We must also recognize Yahweh as our source of supply and believe that Yasha meant it when he said that it was his Father’s good pleasure to give unto us all things.

We were created to express Yahweh and not to express the negative. A negative attitude toward our ability to achieve our goals or to fit into the scheme of them acts as a positive success prevention. Spirit energized dreams will become goals and goals can become realities. But dreams that never become Spirit-energized, like an unfruitful seed, lie dormant and finally perish.

We should not make dreaming our goal in life; but let our dreams become our goals. The subconscious mechanism of our mind works toward our success only if we allow it to do so. It can, and will, react to the positive impulses that are fed into it. We cannot change our self-image without making a positive effort to do so.

Our subconscious minds, when joined to and impregnated by the Spirit of Christ, become active creative forces. But when bound by the spirit of fear, death, and the old adamic nature, the mind is not productive of life.

“This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of Yahweh through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.”

“But you have not so learned Christ; If so be that you have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Yasha: that you put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; and be renewed in the Spirit of your mind; And that you put on the new man, which after Yahweh is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbor: for we are members one of another.” Ephesians 4:17-25.

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of Yahweh, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto Yahweh, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable, and perfect, will of Yahweh,” Romans 12:1-2.
